Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from Whiskers & Waggles Co. ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error; if so, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Delivery

4. Returns and your rights

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Using our products

Please follow any instructions supplied with products and supervise your pet when using new toys or accessories. Electrical items should be used with the correct plug and power supply.

6. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
